One The Fifth Day Of Christmas...

This morning I woke up with my head still clogged and throat a bit sore. I sure hate feeling bad during the holidays over any other time!  I had some running to do. We have a new listing starting on the 27th. I needed to meet the owner once again and take pictures of the house. Then some Real Estate business and last of the shopping. Now I am home ,still kinda congested. Head feels clogged up. Sure hope this is all better by tomorrow.
Since I don't have much to say today I thought I would share some of The Cash family tradition's we have started with our daughter. When Ashley was a toddler she screamed when seeing her first Christmas nutcracker!  After she was obviously upset over them ,mom and I had  to keep them put away for a few Christmas years. I think she was maybe 6 when she decided she LOVED the nutcracker. Thinking back it probably had something to do with "The Nutcracker Ballet" we went to with my sister Robin. So now we collect them! Our plan is to have them going all the way up the stairs! My mother gave us hers. I have one my brother sent us when he was in Germany. The rest we have just gained here and there.
I am crazy for anything Gingerbread! I have been collecting for years. I have anything from the giant animated Gingerbread men I bought back before Ashley was born, Gingerbread lights from an old friend,Gingerbread houses in motion from my mom,Gingerbread I painted years ago, tins, pillows and blankets to just name some of my favorites!
GB house in motion ,mom gave me as a gift a few years ago.
Old tins from many years ago. Many mom gave dad full of candy. These make the holidays full of priceless memories!!
