ON THE SEVENTH DAY OF CHRISTMAS......

Today I am starting to feel like maybe I am getting a head cold. I just have a stuffy nose and my head feels like it is all clogged up. We went to Bible Study and church. I  came home and finished up some packing of goodies while making sure my hands stayed clean. mostly just icing lemon blossoms and cake pops for the choir concert after party.  I kinda dragged all day but stayed on my feet. I should have just taken a break and laid down. But, that would be too easy!

Christy came over to hang out with Ashley and they exchanged gifts. Ashley had Christy a cute owl wintry cap and a" Harry Potter" Lego key chain.. That is the big think lately, Animal hats! Ashley got a Panda one from Lauren last year and has adored it... Christy gave Ashley her favorite candy goodies. The girls watched some movies and then we went to the Church concert. I was amazed at how good it was! It really got me into the Christmas spirit! Afterwords we went to the fellowship hall for finger foods and desserts. Not feeling to great I just nibbled on fruit. the kids enjoyed visiting and eventually Andrew and the girls went outside to dribble the basketball a bit before we left.
Christy stayed a while longer while Tim and I watched the last night of "Survivor". I was hoping for Ozzie to win. But he was voted out after losing a challenge by a slim margin. oh well. The best sometimes lose. Time for bed and hopefully a good nights sleep!
