On the 11th day of Christmas....

Today...I wrapped many many gifts! Yes, that was what I did most the day. First I dropped Shadow off at the groomer. I walked for a bit then started wrapping. I had planned I would wrap till I picked up Shadow. I was surprised they kept her from 7:30-2:30!! I did get everything wrapped, but that was a ridiculous amount of time for them to keep her caged at the groomers! I mean she is a big chocolate lab, but all they had to do was bathe, dry her and clip her nails!  Shadow was so happy to see me! After I picked her up I ran to my mothers to wrap for her. Mom hates wrappings!

Ashley stayed after school to work on her theater project. This is exam week and her class was put into groups and they are all building dream homes. So she has stayed after for 2 hours the past 3 days! Many of the kids have been staying after. She said it was fun at first ,but now it is just tiring. Sounds like they are about done. I am guessing there are 4-5 in a group.

Tim was a bit annoyed that he felt a matted area on shadows side and he said her belly still was a bit smelly. I guess next time I'll have to fuss, and I want to take her when she can be in and out much faster. At least with in 4-5 hours! Since she smelled super bad I am guessing it was not easy to de-smell her! So I am not fussing about that. Just need to take her more and through the winter let her enjoy the indoors much more often.

Ashley loaded up with gifts for a few of her "bestie"s at school.

Car circle in the morning

Shadow after being groomed. What a happy dog!
We have had these for years! Glad I remembered to get them out this year!
Shadow sees that the UPS man snuck in with a package while she was out!

Working on Christmas cards!
Ashley has church tonight so I'll be running her over. We started going to Pardue Baptist. It is a very small church. Ashley was invited by Andrew back in April, then Ashley asked us to go. We really liked it and just kinda kept going. Pardue is about 3 minutes from our house. That is pretty nice too! Tim and I stay home on Wednesday. We love watching "Survivor". One of my favorite reality shows of all I watch. Tim loves it too. It is our show we never miss watching together. We record it and start a bit late to skip through commercials. Oh how wonderful DVR-ing is!!
