That made me think about the choir and their little outing they had just before Christmas. The choir was able to go to a few centers locally where the seniors lived. The first one they went to was rather warm One little girl got pale as they were caroling and suddenly threw up. We all rushed to check on her and sit her down. Within a minute another child just passed out. Yep she hit the floor. We all ran up and got her in a chair as another child threw up!! The old folks were all looking around and probably thought the kids were carrying some flu bug and would make them all sick! It was really just too hot for the kids. I even was feeling a bit woozy. The bus carried the sickly kids on back to the school while the rest of the kids sang at the next senior stop. It was all kind of weird. I never saw so many kids fall out.

5th grade in review
I was just thinking about what Ashley's 5th grade year has been like. What new adventures she took and how much fun she has had at Barksdale. The road trip I went on with her class and the adventures of her 1st year in choir.
