| The Turkey looked delicious!!! |
What a beautiful day! It was not cold and not hot, it was just right! I got up this morning around 7 to put the turkey on. I decided the turkey would not take that long since it was a smaller size so I waited a while. I decided to use a little special ingrediant on the turkey Aunt Dot sent me a while back from Sanoma Williams. It made it look very tasty, added a little flavor too. After putting the turkey and Ham on I just dabbled around the house and later I finished up the corn and popped the pies in the oven. Mom, Terry, Kenny, Terry and Papa Cash showed up between 12:30 and 1. We enjoyed a feast! Mom brought Tim's favorite, her homemade dressing! The dressing is all Tim has talked about for days! Mom thought it wasn't as good,but Tim said it was mighty tasty to him! Kenny brought his homemade rolls, butter beans and desserts. I think the Apple cinnamon strusal bread was my favorite. It won over the pecan pies, sweet tater pie and his chocolate eclair! I'll be eating that for breakfast tomorrow (:
