Cooking Class

Tonight Ashley made dinner! She was really excited about her being able to do just about everything to make the Meatballs w/Tomato gravy all herself. I was there to prep and make sure she had parental help with the stove. But as you can see,she did the rest. This was a favorite recipe of mine growing up. Mom use to make this for us as kids and as I grew into my teen years I started making it for the family. Ashley felt so grown up cooking in the kitchen. She also bragged that it was very good! The only thing she was upset about was I already told Grandma she was making the meatballs. She wanted to tell about it herself. Grandma will be getting a sample tomorrow for dinner,because Ashley made plenty to share.
