I was doing some dusting and all I can say is....
Movies,movies,movies!! We have collected so many since Ashley was born. All those VHS Disney movies and now all those DVDs. Ashley can always find a movie to watch. She still drags out some old VHS tapes and enjoys the newer movies too. I bet we have spent enough over the years to have paid for her college! I just need to figure out a new place to store them. Those VHS take up allot of space.The DVD's are not too bad but we are running out of room for those too. It is hard not to buy a good movie when it comes out. Especially those wonderfully animated movies or the latest and great action hero. One of Ashley favorite things to do is to pick out a good movie ,snuggle up on the couch with her dad and watch a good movie. In fact that is what she is doing with her dad right now. She calls it her daddy time. I enjoy watching movies with the family as well. I love it in the dark,lights off and a bowl of popcorn and some coke. I think a movie at home is better than being at the Theatre. You can pause it,take a minute to refresh you drink without missing any action.Plus it doe not cost you $35 and $8 in gas getting there :o( That is not to say we do not go to the movies. But it has to be a pretty good movie for us not to wait for it to come out on DVD. Besides Ashley loves to watch them over and over and over again. I think I know every song in Disney's "Enchanted,". Ashley has listened to it in the van everywhere we go for the past month!!
