Fun times in Gatlinburg
This may be photo overload! We did a lot of fun stuff while there. The kids had a blast and we adult had lots of fun too.
Since we all enjoyed the race tracks last year we made sure to go by for a spin again this year.At $10 a ride we only did it once. Last year we had buy one get on free. Too bad that ended at noon!
Ashley always has to stop and touch this big ball when ever we walk by.OK me too! On a hot the water feels so good that pours all over it as it spins :o)
We did not play mini golf this year because we just did not have enough time in the days. But we loved taking this photo shoot in front of one of the nicest ones in town. It is just too cute!! Gotta mention the humidity was bad . I had a bad hair day on this rainy morning .We walked through the town to pick up the girls shirts they had aribrushed. Didn't even take a photo of them wearing them!!!!
AWWW, yes, we finally went on the ski lift.No skiing of course but what a fun ride.Once I got to the top I stopped hyperventilating.Coming down was much more fun :o)
Look at that view!
Some of the buildings in town. The town is so fun to walk through. But it is also bigger than you think!
Ashley loves all these adventures. We made it to the "EARTHQUAKE" ride this year. OK, not to exciting for the grownups, but Ashley and Haley squealed all the way through it. Mykayla tried to act like it was weak. But I thought I heard her squeal a time or 2.
One of the sites we love seeing is the making of homemade candies. I especially love the smell of fudge at our favorite candy store in town.
Ashley is having a hard time choosing what she wants to try.
Oh yes, a familiar face in the Clair's window. By the way that was a hot spot for the girls shopping. Big sales you know.
A pretty night view while we walked the town one evening.
This was a fun shop to browse through.
This was where we ate our first night in town. It was good but pricey too. Ashley decided she was going to have to watch Forrest Gump when we got back home. There were photos all around our little eating room and she was wanting to know what the box of chocolates were all about. The shrimp was good!!!
