Putting it all away

All the Christmas decorations are finally up in the attic. The decorations that sit around went first and them last was the trees. Ashley packed away most the Hallmark ornaments (and there was plenty!) then I did all the pretty balls and lights. next went to Sugarplum/Gingerbread tree. Sad to see it all go.


Maybe I am strange but because it keeps things festive and winter feels so gloomy ,I decided to do a winter themed tree. It has snowflakes, icicles , snowman, penguins and birds. Nothing Christmas. I ended up adding the little hearts since Valentine's day is just around the corner. I think I will print off vintage cards to hang Or order some cheap off eBay if I can not get then to print out right. Probably as cheap to buy since ink is so high!
