I think I need to make note of what Ashly likes in her lunch for today. It changes so much. There were times I Had to make a bologna sandwich,we went through the Vienna sausage stage and the tuna in the can with crackers.She had a moon pie faze and times when a bottle of water seemed so good. I remember when she wanted my homemade PB&J only and it had to be apple butter . She once wanted to have the canned spaghettio's or raviolis. This year Ashley wants nothing but those cute round Uncrustables. Just one .Then she likes to have a Hershey's dark chocolate bar. She likes to have apple sauce or she might like a bag of chips. Her drink is a juice or a chocolate milk.
It is always challenging to find something she likes for her school lunch. Something that is filling and something she enjoys. I know if she does like what she has in her lunch, unlike elementary school , they will be swapping their food. So for now I keep those Uncrustables in the freezer,make it Strawberry( Most the time).
