The End of Summer

Today IS the first day of Fall. As I kiss the summer of 2011 I get a bit sad. Tim was just telling me yesterday he didn't get much done this summer. My response was"No we didn't,but we sure had fun"!! I guess now that it is cooling off we can get some things done. Actually we did get a few things done. We had the decks out back redone. A path put in and some nice plants plated. We enjoyed allot more time together as a family and did a little entertaining, maybe not as much as we had hoped to. We watched Ashley and her friends enjoy the pool and had fun om the river. We made new friends and we watched as our baby girl spent time with her first BF.We also got to know him and he is a pretty good kid. We started going to the young mans church and we found we loved it. We visited my mom allot and we had Tim's sister and family here for a fun visit. I am sure I missed allot and I wish I had kept up with my blogging better. I wish I had because this was a pretty special and fun summer. I guess the best I can do is post several of my favorite memories of what this summer brought to our lives :)
