While Ashley and I stayed home (I recovering from a horrific migrain I had last night and Ashley getting over her allergy problems from this week) Tim went on a bike ride with his buddies. This was the first this winter. He has been doing the spin classes at the YMCA to make sure he is still in shape for what ever biking marathons he might want to take on come Spring. I guess I need to find some girls friends to go ride with me. Some that are a little slower and do not like big hills!

I am sorry you suffer with those migraines. I have them some too, and they are just no fun. Yours sound worse than mine as well. UGH.
