My clients just closed Friday on the beautiful house on the right. We worked hard to find them the house that had everything they wanted,including land! I even got the dog thrown in with the house :o)My buyers on Dudley are closing the end of the month! No picture ,but I am really excited for them. They found a home with the land they wanted and hope to have horses soon.

My home on Vera has sold. It has been a tough one to sell. Being on the military side of town and it did not help that the washer and dryer was in the garage. But, I found the buyers and will have them moving in early March. My home owner in California is thrilled!!
As much as I love selling houses,I am ready for a week long break! Starting with "The Dance Force's" trip to Cincinnati on Friday!!
