Christmas Eve 2008

It's been a tough past 3 months,but we made it through and we celebrated Christmas as a family. It was not the perfect Christmas. I only had my one Christmas Tree up, The house had to be cleaned in a little amount of time and I never had time to get anything else out. I rushed to wrap the gifts and get ready for company. Tim's dad came and that was very nice. Robin came ,she didn't seem to like staying at mom's with the kids since there were some boxes still sitting around. She had to understand, we had tried hard to get as much done as we could in one weeks time.. Terry came in and helped out with hanging mom's framed Kuntsler prints,putting up mini blinds and getting her DVDs all set up. Kenny was taking a break from his move to mom's old house. Obviously, things were pretty busy but we had time to sit down for a nice Christmas dinner and enjoy the kids opening their gifts. Santa came and brought Ashley the Wii fit she hoped for . Along with that she got lots and lots of movies and games for her Wii and PC Sims games. She got new shimmery pink shoes and a guitar case full of goodies from her Aunt Dot,money from her uncles and Grandpa,books and clothes from her grandma and Aunt Robin. Tim and I save the best for last. We gave her the Tinkerbell guitar she had been hoping for. It was not easy! We had to order it online from the Disney Store. She got guitar pics and books ,her uncle Terry also gave her some beginner books and a lesson on how to properly hold and strum the guitar. Ashley said she had a great Christmas. Just like she always does. I was thrilled to get an IPOD shuffle as well as a Traditional IPOD and the I-HOME! Ashley and I surprised Tim with clothes, Sports jackets and all the STAR WARS flicks as well as Indiana Jones and more movies. Last night we watched "I WALKED THE LINE". If you have not seen it,you need to! I hope all my family and friends had a wonderful Christmas!!

Now we are settling in for another movie. This time one Ashley recieved. Maybe Wonder Dog or Nims Island.
